Warm up

10 banded hip bridges 
5 empty bar thrusters 
3 empty bar hang high pulls 
3 hang power cleans with a :03 pause in the catch 

Strength 

Every 2 mins for 5 sets
5 thrusters + 5 hang power cleans (building in weight)

WOD 

3 RFT-15 min cap 
50 double unders 
15 ground to overhead (45/25) 
12 (total) overhead lunges with plate (45/25) (scaled-hug plate)
