:30 db strict press 
:30 alt db hang snatch 

Strength

5-8 half kneeling landmine press
5-8 single leg RDL (using 2 DB)
-1 min rest

WOD 

EMOM 15
Min 1-12 (total) alt db snatch  (50/35 40/20)
Min 2- 40 double unders/80 singles
Min 3- 6 (each) single arm OH lunge (same weight)
