5 jumping negatives (or just jumping pull ups)
10 (total) 90/90 hip stretch
10 (total) front rack elbow rotations
5 empty bar tempo front squats 

Strength 

On the 2 mins for 5 rounds 
5 tempo front squats (1,2,3 on the way down)

WOD

Front squats (95/65 755/55)
Pull ups (jumping,banded,kipping,butterfly)
