10 empty bar push press

Strength 

Tabata 1 (:20 on :10 off)
Single arm high pulls (DB)- alt every round 

-rest 2 min 

Tabata  2 (:20 on :10 off)
Single arm press (DB)-alt every round 

WOD 

21-15-9 (15 min cap)
Pull ups (ring rows, jumping, banded)
Push press (95/65 75/55)
