5 prone YTW (1 rep= Y T W)
5 push up to downdog 

Strength 

EMOM 12 
Min 1: 3-5 push press (same weight 75-80%)
Min 2: 10-15 supinated band pull aparts

WOD 

8 RFT (15 min cap) 
5 lateral bar over burpees 
10 shoulder to overhead (115/85 95/65)
