20 (total) marching hip bridges 

Strength 

Every 1:30 for 10 sets 
3 tempo back squats (60-70%) 

WOD 

AMRAP 12 
50/40 cal row (men/women) 
Then in remain time max rounds of:
30 double unders 1 farmers carry lunge (L
and R) (50/30 40/20)
30 double unders 2 farmers carry lunge (L and R) 
30 double unders 3 farmers carry lunge etc….
