Strength (15 mins) 

5x5 back squat-building to 75%
-rest 1-2 mins between each set 

WOD

AMRAP 14 
7 single arm front racked lunges (L/L) (50/35 40/20)
7 burpees over the DB 
7 single arm front racked lunges (R/R) 
7 burpee over the DB
