Warm Up

3 sets :30 each :10 rest 
-alt step ups 
-empty bar deadlifts 
-empty bar hang cleans 
-empty bar shoulder to overhead 

WOD-25 min cap 

In teams of 2 complete 
120 (total) alt double DB farmer step ups (40/25 30/15) 
-after every 20 (total) reps of step ups completed as a team each partner completes 6 burpee box jumps and then continue on until 120 (total) step ups are completed. So 6 sets of burpee box jumps

THEN 

120 (total) power clean and jerk (105/85 75/55)
-after every 20(total) reps complete 8 synchro bar facing burpees
