-the way this works is nicole does 1 thruster eileen does 1 thruster. Then Nicole does 2 hang power cleans, Eileen does 2 hang power cleans then Nicole does 1 thruster and then Eileen does 1 thruster. You continue this pattern all the way to 12 double unders
