10 alt step ups 
5 box jumps/squat jumps 
10 (total) standing piriformis stretch 
5 inchworms w/ a push up 
5 empty bar hang power cleans 
5 empty bar push jerks 
10 hip bridges 

WOD
In teams of 2 complete

120 DB farmers step up (20/24 (40/20 30/15) 

-after every 20 combined (total) step ups complete 6 burpee box jumps (each)

After you’ve completed combines 120 step ups and 6 sets of 6 burpee box jumps move immediately into

120 (total) barbell power clean and jerk (95/65 75/55)

After every 20 (total) clean and jerks completes 8 synchro bar facing burpees
