3 sets on a 10 min clock 
10 infant squats
10 (total) thread the needle
10 (total) groiners
10 empty bar front squats with a 2 sec hold at the bottom 
8 (total) box jump overs/step overs
:20 hollow hold

 Strength 

7X4 front squat (working up to 85-90%)

WOD 

21-15-9
Goblet squats (50/35 40/20)
Box jump overs (24”/20”)
