Workout

Warm Up

AMRAP 6
5 tempo air squats (1,2,3 on the way down) 
5 infant squats 
10 scap pull ups
10 push ups with a toe tap
10 (total) thread the needle
5 burpees 

Strength/Skill 

5 sets 
8-10 strict pull ups
-rest 1 min between sets

WOD

Every 2 mins for 6 rounds (1:30 work cap)
15 DB thrusters (45/25 30/15)
10 over the DB burpees
