20 Backpack Russian Swings
30 Mountain Climbers
10 Backpack Hang Snatches
15 Situps
*Every 2:00, stop and do 30 toe touches. Begin the workout with 30 toe touches.

Score will be rounds+reps completed in the 16 minutes. Toe touches do not count towards score.
