10 Backpack Deadlifts
5 Backpack Hang Cleans
10 Air Squats
0:30 Pigeon Stretch Each Leg
*If you have a barbell or a set of dumbbells feel free to use them for the deadlifts and hang cleans. Leave the barbell empty or use light dumbbells (1 in each hand).

25 Backpack Power Cleans
30 Air Squats
25 Situps
20 Pushups
15 Backpack Bent Over Rows
-Rest 1:00 after each round-
*If you have a barbell or dumbbells feel free to use them for the power cleans and bent over rows. Recommended barbell weight (75/55), recommended dumbbell weight (30s/20s). Choose a light weight that can be done in large sets before breaking.
