Warm Up

3 sets on a 10 min clock
200m run 
10 air squats
5 infant squats
10 (total) cossacks
10 straight leg sit ups
10 (each) single leg hip bridges 

WOD

AMRAP 20 
10-20-30-40-etc..
Plate sit ups (completed together)
Front squats (95/65 75/55)- partners alt as needed (reps split between partners) 
-200m run together after each round 

Finisher 

3 min wall sit
