:30 straight leg sit ups

Skill

EMOM 10 
3 tight kips+3 T2B/K2E (scaled strict knee or straight leg raise) 

WOD

Every 2:00 for 6 rounds
10 DB push press (50/30 40/20)
8 knee to elbow (scaled=v ups/sit ups) 
6 air squats
