10 (total) alt squat thoracic squat rotation
5 tempo plate squats 
10 (total) alt samsons
5 push up to down dog 
:20 plank

Strength 

Every 1:30 for 10 sets
5 front squats with a :02 pause at the bottom (@ 65-70%) 

WOD 

EMOM 15 
Min 1- max double unders 
Min 2- 10 (total) double DB lunges (50/35 40/20)-held any style
Min 3- 10 floor press (same weight)
