200m Jog
Then 3 sets of :
:30 alt lunges
:30 up downs
:30 hip bridges
:30 inchworms

WOD
Partners
10 total RFT
20 burpees to plate (alt. as desired)
20 total synchro OH plate lunges
-staring at the top and every 8 mins partners run 400m together

Finisher
Collect 3 mins in a wall sit
