15 light KB deadlifts
10 light russian KBS
10 scap pull ups/ring rows 
10 knee ups  

WOD 

5 total rounds with a partner
50 russian KBS (50/35) alt as desired
20 pull ups (alt as desired)
400m run together
10 pull ups (alt as desired)
