5 push up to down dog
10 hip bridges
10 empty bar RDL
10 empty bar strict press
5 empty bar shoulder to overhead (push press, push jerk)

Strength

Take 15 mins to build to a heavy 5 rep max deadlift 

WOD

AMRAP 12 
3,6,9,12,15….etc
Shoulder to overhead (95/65 75/55)
