Workout

Warm Up

3 sets
:30 jump rope 
:30 push up to downdog
:30 inchworms
:30 back extensions 

Clean warm up 
Empty barbell 
5 high pulls 
5 deadlifts 
5 hang power cleans 

Then with light weight on barbell 
3 hang cleans with a 3 sec hold in the catch position 

WOD 

Every 2:30 for 10 rounds 
10 hang power cleans (135/95 95/65) 
30 double unders 
250m row
