Diamonds: Pushups
Hearts: Russian Swings
Clubs: Up Downs
Spades: Toes to Kettlebell

-Suit dictates the movement, number on the card is number of reps.
-Face cards are 10 reps, Aces are 1 rep.
-Try to finish the whole deck!
