Workout

 

Warm Up

AMRAP 6 
10 push ups to down dog 
10 wall ball thrusters
5 box jumps 
-with an empty bar 
5 hang high pulls
5 hang muscle cleans 
5 hang power cleans 

Strength (15 mins)

5x5 DB bench complex. 
Both DB’s start over chest. 1 left, 1 right, then both together=1 rep 
-in between each set 100’ HEAVY farmers carry (use KBs)

WOD 

AMRAP 10 
2,4,6,8,10 etc…
box jump overs (24/20)
Hang power cleans (95/65 75/55)
