Warm Up

AMRAP 6
20 jump ropes
10 (each) lateral banded steps L and R
10 banded air squats 
5 each upright rows 
5 each hang DB snatches
10 reverse lunges 

 Strength

Take 15 mins to build a 3 RM front squat

 WOD

3 RFT
50 double unders
20 (total) DB hang snatches (50/35 40/20)
20 (total) DB front racked lunges (same weight 2 DB’s)
