Warm Up

-alt DB devils up downs (light)
-DB strict press (light)
-DB hang cleans 
-air squats 

WOD

4:00 on 1:00 off for 6 sets-partners 
400m run together 

Then AMRAP-chipper style work split evenly 

10 alt single arm devils press (50/35 40/20) 
10 double DB shoulder to overhead (same weight) 
10 double DB hang squat cleans (same weight) 
Max burpees to target
