Strength 

Every 1:30 for 10 sets (15 mins) 
5 tempo deadlifts (1,2,3 on the way down)-keep weight 50-60%1 RM 

WOD 

AMRAP 10 
10 db hang cleans (50/35 40/20) 
10 db shoulder to overhead (50/35 40/20)
