10 (total) suitcase lunges (holding 1 db down by the side)-or reverse lunges 
10 sumo inchworms with push up
8 (total) up downs over the dbs-or just up downs 
:30 hollow hold
20 hip bridges

Strength

4X12 (each)
Farmers carry lunge
No equipment=4x10(each) lunge with a 5 sec pause at the bottom 

WOD 

AMRAP 12
10 (total) lateral burpees over the dbs
10 db front squats (50/30 40/20)

No equipment=
AMRAP 12 
10 burpees
20 skaters
