with partner split reps as desired:

75 lateral pumpkin hops
50 pumpkin push press
100 pumpkin goblet squats
100 box jumps sans pumpkin
75 pumpkin cleans 

-use medicine ball (20/14) as your pumpkin

400m single arm OH carry alt as needed
