Strength/skill 

Pull up/bar muscle up practice 
EMOM 10 
3-5 pull ups (kipping chest to bar,kipping pull ups, strict pulls etc..) 
Or 1 bar muscle up 

WOD 

AMRAP 12 
1 rope climb 
10 push ups 
15 air squats
