20 high knees 
10 (total) groiners w/ t spine rotation 
10 (total) hamstring scoops 
-with an empty bar  
3 deadlifts 
3 hang power cleans 
3 push jerks 

WOD 

In teams of 2 complete:

4 sets 
Each set is 6 rounds (3 rounds each) of:
9 deadlifts (135/95 95/65) 
7 hang power cleans 
5 push jerk

Then 400m run together
