- Gain an understanding of where you are at with regards to shoulder health, flexibility and strength: get real measurements of your flexibility and strength, understand where the holes are in your shoulder health and how to address it.
- How to structure your training, rest and recovery leading up to and during the Open this year to perform your best and avoid likelihood of injury
- Identify whether you need to devote as much time to stretching as you think you do, or if strength is where you need to focus.
- Learn basic anatomy and mechanics of the shoulder complex
- Understand how many of the most common injuries happen and signs of when to push through discomfort and when to take a step back.
