Dynamic Shoulder Mobility

Kneeling single arm press- When performing this movement, the weight does not need to be heavy.  Focus on keeping the ribs down and the hips square.  Press out the weight overhead fully and keep the weight in line with the ear. 

Banded Overhead Squat- Pull the band to the same position that your arms would be for the snatch and the overhead squat.  Think arms in line with ears and then proceed to squat.  Think about pressing up into the band and while performing a squat.

Single Arm Dumbbell Overhead Walk- When performing this movement use a dumbbell that you feel comfortable pressing overhead.  Focus on keeping the ribs down and the core tight.  Keep the arm in line with the ear and press up into the weight while you walk 50-100 meters.
