WOD-partners 

With one partner working at a time complete the following

3 RFT (30 min cap)
400m run w/med ball (20/14)
40 wall balls (20/14)
50 cal row 
-Split all movements in half

-so partner A does 200m run with med ball 
-then partner B does 200m run with med ball 
-partner A does 10 wall balls
-partner B does 10 wall balls
-partner A does 10 wall balls 
-partner B does 10 wall balls 
-then partner A does 25 cal row 
-partner B does 25 cal row
