10 (each) banded clam shells 
10 (total) reverse lunge w/ a knee hug 
5 pike push ups 

Strength 

5 sets of 
5 back squats (building to 75%) 
-rest :30 
10 jump squats (use light DB in goblet hold if able) 

-rest 2 mins between sets 

WOD

200’ DB OH lunge (50/35) (scale-front racked lunge)
50 DB step ups (24/20) (50/35)
50 strict HSPU (scale=5” elevated HSPU) 
200’ handstand walk (scale=bear crawl)
