The Spring Sweep 2026

Join us for our Spring Sweep Competition — a fun, friendly competition designed for all levels! Teams will compete in same-sex pairs across three workouts throughout the day.

Divisions:

• Scaled

• Intermediate

• Masters (45+)

The Masters division will perform the same skills as Intermediate, with slightly lighter weights to keep things challenging and accessible.

Whether you’re competing for the first time or love a little friendly competition, Spring Sweep is all about community, effort, and having a great time together.
