Getting started is easy! We have designed a simple three step path for success!
INtro Class
$25
Step 1 - Your starting point:
Give us a test drive by working out in a small group led by one of the PowerHour owners.
All you need to do is wear your workout clothes, bring a water bottle and to get ready to have a real good time! We will take care of the rest.
On Ramp
$125
Step 2 - Three 1-on-1 sessions:
In our On-Ramp you will work 1-on-1 with a coach to lay the foundation for our group classes. At a lower intensity, we will boil down the finer points of our most popular exercises allowing your mind and body to learn the correct form safely and slowly. This will set you up for fitness success!
Group Classes
$165/month
Step 3 - Your Forever Gym:
Attend as many CrossFit classes during the month as you’d like.
Month to month, no contracts. We want you to be at the gym because you want to be!

5 sets of 5 Bench Press
*do a set every 2 minutes, after the 5 reps, rest the remaining time of the 2 minutes.
Conditioning Workout
Complete as Many Rounds as Possible in 10 Minutes
