Intended Stimulus: During both WODs today, pretend the other one doesn’t exist. The 5 minutes is there to ensure you are plenty revocered before beginning the second WOD. Give it your all on each WOD. Remeber to choose weights and scaling options that support high intensity and full range of motion. Finish it all sub 20, including the rest.
