1) 10 Back Squats
2) 400m Row
Intended Stimulus: You main goal and focus today should be to perfect your squatting and rowing mechanics. For the back sqauts you will have a 2 minute block to complete 10 reps, after your 10 reps rest the remainder of the time. The weight should be moderate and you should have no problem completing all 10 reps. Focus on your depth and positioning and take your time with each rep.
For the row, you will have 2 minutes to complete 400m. Dial in your technique to generate power and efficient resets. After your 400m, rest the remainder of the 2 minutes.
Scaling will be provided for all levels!
