Intended Stimulus – All movements are 1 minute long, find a pace you can move the entire minute. Find a pace you can spend less time bent over catcing your breath and more time getting reps . Slow reps are still positive reps . Keep your weights light and focus on your breathing . All the movements today are very metobolic, if you focus on breathing through them it will help you control your pace and heart rate .
