Odd: 3 Deadlifts
Even: 5 Weighted Step-ups Each Leg
Intended Stimulus: Get strong! We are going to put in work on core stability for the deadlift before diving into this EMOM. Choose a deadlift weight you can do 3 reps in a row, heavy, and perfect form. For the step ups, hold weights be your sides and do 5 reps per leg. Both movements are leg heavy, so listen to your body and your form round to round and adjust weights if needed. Scaling will be provided for all levels!
