2 Tempo Back Squats + 3 Back Squats
Intended Stimulus: Get strong! Form is key today (as always). You can go as heavy as you want as long as you can keep your knees stacked over shoes, upright torso, and squat to a full range of motion. Use the 2 tempo squats to feel out perfect positioning at a slower pace, then finish out the set with 3 back squats at a normal speed with the same positioning. Tempo will be 3 seconds down, 2 second pause, 2 seconds up. Have fun with it and encourage your buddies during your rest periods!
