60 Back Squats (bodyweight)
Max Calorie Row in remaining time
30 squats per partner, then max calories as a team in remaining time. One partner works at a time for both movements. Finish all 60 squats as a team before going to the row.

There is no replacement for hard work, discipline, and proper practice. Do those back squats correctly to proper depth before going overly heavy, form first!
