Intended Stimulus : Your goal is to finish between 13-17 minutes. Rep ranges are short but there are a lot of reps. Do not let your pushups burn out and use as much lower body as possible for your kettlebell swings. Push yourself while you wish Brad a very happy Birthday! (his real birthday was yesterday but we needed to do 19.3…maybe we will make 19.3 his birthday WOD!
Scaling will be provided for all levels!
