Intended Stimulus- Your goal is 10-14 minutes. Double unders are large sets so choose a rep range that keeps you moving. Hang power cleans should be a moderate weight and choose a rep range or scaling option for the bar muscle up to support progressing further into the high skilled gymnastics movement. Scaling will be provided for all levels!
