Intended Stimulus: Today’s WOD is meant to be done between 10-14 minutes. Rowing intervals are relatively short, choose a pace you can move efficiently and catch your breath from the previous round. Push press weight is up to you, but should be unbroken for at least the first 2 rounds. Toes to bar volume will add up quickly and may be broken in 1-2 sets for the first two rounds and 1-4 sets in rounds 3 and 4 with minimal rest between sets. Scaling will be provided for all levels!
