Intended Stimulus: Your goal is to finish between 9-13 minutes. Time cap will be 13 minutes. These rounds will come at you fast so do not let your handstand pushups burn out. Main focus of today’s WOD is to build your endurance with the double unders and your upper body pressing power and stamina with the handstand pushups. Have fun with it!
Scaling will be provided for all levels!
