Partner 3: Rest
-rotate when slams are done.
-don’t start until partner starts holding plank.

Partner 2: Heavy Farmers Hold
Partner 3: Rest
*Rotate when Medball Slam partner is done.
*Don’t start slams until farmers hold partner picks up the weight. If the farmers hold partner puts weights down, medball slams stop.
