Intended Stimulus: Overall time goal is 15-19 minutes. Time cap will be 19 minutes.
*Look to row 400m in less than 2 minutes (can decrease the distance as well).
*Choose a wall ball weight that allows you to do rounds one and two unbroken and rounds three and four in 1-2 sets. We are looking for the wall balls to be done in less than 55 seconds.
*Choose a power clean weight that allows you to do rounds one and two in 1-2 sets, and rounds three and four in 1-3 sets with minimal rest between sets. Work to get your power cleans done in less than 45 seconds.
*Move efficient and move with great form. Scaling will be provided for all levels!
