To receive adequate, appropriate nutrition, people need to consume a healthy diet, which consists of a variety of nutrients—the substances in foods that nourish the body. A healthy diet enables people to maintain a desirable body weight and composition (the percentage of fat and muscle in the body) and to do their daily physical and mental activities.
Our CFPH Nutrition program takes a customized approach to each individual using science based proven methods. The program will pair you with a certified health coach working one-on-one providing straightforward clear cut information, behavior modification strategies, and accountability arming you with the tools needed to reach your health and fitness goals. You don’t have to go this alone.
