…continue until you can no longer complete the number of 10m sprints inside the minute. 

Intended Stimulus: Today we are stepping away from the weights and focusing on endurance and building your engine. As the time goes on the rest will get shorter, dig deep and keep going as long as you can!
Scaling will be provided for all levels!
